Delivery
to UK addresses:
We do not charge for standard delivery within the UK. The price you see
for any item, is the price you pay.
Delivery to Europe (excluding UK)
Where delivery is to an address within Europe, but out side the UK, we charge
depending on the weight of the parcel.
Delivery to the Rest of World:

before ordering.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class post or other reputable couriers where
appropriate for our deliveries. We also offer a next working day delivery option
at a cost of £5.95 for UK addresses only. For next day deliveries, orders must
be received before 12.00 midday on the previous working day. Next day delivery
orders received on Friday before 12.00 midday may not be delivered until Monday as our
couriers do not guarantee Saturday deliveries. A signature will be required on
delivery of your order.
For security purposes, we do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers. Overseas orders
can only be delivered to the cardholders billing address.
Our aim is deliver all orders within 10 working days following receipt of payment for
addresses in UK and Europe, however please allow up to 15 days. Should you require items
quicker than this, we offer a priority shipping service via courier.
Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our
website, we can not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or
for late deliveries as a result of Carrier actions which are beyond our control.

as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time.
We will endeavor to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel
your order. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us or
classified as lost by the Carrier company.
We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your
order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an
incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company
or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price
of the products less postage costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus
any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the
goods to us.
If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect
goods or quantity, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customer.services@thegeomagstore.com.
Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened.
Right of Cancellation
The United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right
to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh
working day following the day after the day on which you received the products.
You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

If your goods have already despatched, you must return them in perfect
condition, unused and in the original packaging to the returns address shown
below. We will credit you with the price of the cancelled products once we have received
and checked them. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.
We can not accept goods delivered personally.
