How to order our products

Orders can be placed online, or post. Please see our Contact Us page for our postal address. For postal orders, please print and complete the order form included in Shopping Basket. Orders from outside the UK can only be accepted online. We are only able to accept payment by Cheque or Postal Order, through the post.  All Credit Card transactions must be conducted online.

Orders placed on-line will be confirmed automatically by email. You will receive two emails. The first  means that your order has been acknowledged. Once payment is processed, and we have dispatched your goods, we will send you an update email. The confirmation emails do not guarantee that we can meet your order. You will be contacted promptly if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in dispatch and you will be refunded as appropriate. You can check the status of any order by going to the My Account section of the web-site,

Prices are as displayed on our website and are in British Pounds. We try to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate, but they will still need to be validated before your order is processed. If there is a price difference, we will contact you immediately and should you wish to cancel your order, we will refund your money.

Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT and standard delivery charges to addresses in the UK. Please see the Shipping and Returns section for details of other charges.

Prices shown in Euros are approximate and should be used as a guide only. You will still be charged in British Pounds and the exchange rate will be applied by your credit or debit card company. All refunds will be made in British Pounds and we will not be accountable for any exchange rate fluctuations.

Payment

Payment can be by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Electron, Solo or Delta debit card if you are ordering online. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted so as to minimize the risk of your details being read by an unauthorized individual as they are sent to us over the internet. During the checkout process, you may select which Credit Card Gateway you wish to use.  At present we have two options

• Nochex

You may pay by cheque or postal order if you wish. Payment will need to be received and cheques cleared before we are able to dispatch your  goods. Please email customer.services@thegeomagstore.com for more details.

Cheques should be in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank. They should be made payable to ‘ToyCircle’. Please ensure that any postage charge is included.

Payments from overseas customers will only be accepted by credit or debit card and these must be made online.

No contract will exist between TheGeomagStore.com and the customer until goods are dispatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on dispatch of the goods.

We reserve the right to change or withdraw any part of our website.

If considered necessary, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the website.

All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us. These are protected, as appropriate, by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may only view, reproduce or print the materials on this website for the purpose of ordering goods from us.

You will be responsible if you breach these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss caused to us as a result of your misuse.
If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales only.

We do not make and expressly disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law any and all representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this website and its contents including without limitation its completeness, accuracy, fitness or suitability for any purpose or freedom from viruses.
